Ingredients
- 200 gr dori fish fillets
- 1/2 tsp pepper / pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 2 pieces chicken egg white, beaten off
- 250 ml soybean oil, or to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, sautéed potato, chopped
- 2 tbsp soybean oil, sautéed potato
- 2 tbsp chives, sauted potatoes, chopped
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice, sautéed potato
- 1/2 tsp pepper / pepper, sautéed potato
- 1/2 tsp salt, sautéed potato
- 300 gr potatoes, sauted potato, cut into pieces
Cooking Steps
- Weep dori fish fillets with salt, pepper and lime juice. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Dip the fish fillets dori one by one into the mixed egg, then roll into the oatmeal while being press gently until blended.
- Fried with soybean oil until cooked and crispy. Remove and drain.
- Sauteed potato: saute the chopped garlic with soy oil, add the potatoes boiled, chopped chives, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Stir, lift.
- Serve dori swathe of oatmeal along with sauteed potatoes and tartar sauce.
